"Blessings Passed Between" In a gentle and precious moment, we witness the Faerie as she passes her blessings to the tiny babe, asleep within the clamshell. A copper wire can be seen passing from her fingers, to the nest upon which the baby faerie rests. Hand-sculpted, one of a kind, this piece measures approximately 7" x 7" x 9" high, the Faerie is costumed in antique net lace and beadwork in copper, bronze and sage green. The Faerie's headpiece is a cap of iridescent sea shells, centered with a moonstone. The base is a mosaic work created with Italian glass tiles, in iridescent green and bronze, on ceramic.
